Ficus lyrata Variegated

Ficus lyrata Variegated is the sought-after variegated form of the classic fiddle leaf fig, with large, lyre-shaped leaves splashed in bold cream and pale green against the species’ iconic deep green. Every leaf is unique, and mature plants develop a graceful, tree-like silhouette that makes them a statement piece in any room.

Origins
Ficus lyrata is native to the lowland rainforests of western Africa, with a natural range across Cameroon, Sierra Leone, and surrounding regions, where it starts life as a hemi-epiphyte in the canopy before maturing into a large tree. The variegated form is a rare cultivated sport.
