Neoregelia pauciflora

Neoregelia pauciflora is a compact bromeliad species native to Brazil, known for its tight rosette of glossy green leaves that develop a vivid blush in the centre when in bloom. This epiphytic plant is well-suited for indoor cultivation in the UK, particularly in terrariums or mounted displays.

Native to: Brazil, where it grows as an epiphyte in tropical environments.

Water: Keep the central cup (rosette) filled with water, refreshing it regularly to prevent stagnation. Mist or water the soil extremely sparingly, allowing the potting medium to dry out between waterings.

Light: Prefers bright, indirect light and can tolerate some direct sun. Avoid prolonged exposure to intense sunlight, which can scorch the leaves.

Humidity: Thrives in high humidity environments. Ideal for placement in terrariums or on humidity trays to maintain adequate moisture levels.

Temperature: Best suited to temperatures between 1827C. Avoid prolonged exposure to cold temperatures below 10C.
